These terms and conditions apply to all casinos in the Refilliates group. Players are bound to these terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions stated here, override all other terms and conditions for all languages.

If it is detected by Management that a player has violated this term, action may and will be taken including banning the player from future promotions and/or play, confiscating of net winnings, and the offering of such information to a casino industry database of restricted players.

4. ACCOUNTS & PASSWORDS

4.1 Management permits only one casino account per household at each of its casinos. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have no linked accounts as this could affect your winnings. Please contact support to verify your account status.

5. PRIZES & WINNINGS

5.1 The casino reserves the right to request documentation for the purpose of identity verification at any time; prior to granting any deposits or withdrawals, or upon suspicion of fraudulent activity by the player. Accounts under fraud investigation may have their accounts suspended and winnings frozen indefinitely until the investigation period is over.

6. PROMOTIONAL TERMS

6.11 For Free Chip offers, you can bet up to 10% of the Free Chip Value and you have to spread your bets over a minimum of 10 games, unless stated otherwise.

6.12.1 All Free Chip Sign Up Bonuses, expire within 48 hours of claiming it. This means that players need to meet wagering and make their withdrawal before the 48 hour period has elapsed. Any withdrawals made after the 48 hours, will be forfeited/cancelled.

6.12.2 All offers greater than 1001% match will expire automatically after 10 days.
